Easy to operate: The dashboard adopts a surround layout, making it easy to operate. It is the first human-machine layout in the mining truck industry and meets the requirements of commercial vehicle GB/T 15705 and ECE R35 regulations.
The layout adopts the most reliable suspension installation method, and a dedicated maintenance unit port and pipeline inspection port are set up below the gearbox to ensure the reliability of the product and the convenience of maintenance and repair.
The drive axle adopts an integral cast steel shell, with an enlarged section of the axle shell. It is connected to the frame through a ball joint structure thrust rod to ensure sufficient rotational freedom of the rear axle shell relative to the frame. The lateral limit of the drive axle is achieved through a structure of thrust rod limit and leaf spring limit, limiting the left and right swing of the axle.
The car body is equipped with a crisscrossing skeleton, made of high-strength wear-resistant plates, fully welded, and able to withstand the impact of huge ores. The rear is equipped with a trunk lifting safety protection device to prevent rolling and falling. The inner lining of the car body adopts a slanted flow design to avoid sticking caused by material accumulation.
The welded box beam frame made by XCMG has high resistance to torsion and fatigue. The structure without auxiliary beams greatly reduces the center of gravity and greatly improves vehicle stability: intelligent robots are used for welding, precise configuration of various parameters, small and beautiful welds, and constant quality.

- Front oil and gas suspension
The front suspension is equipped with oil/air (nitrogen) suspension cylinders with variable damping characteristics, which have large unit energy storage, strong load-bearing capacity, and efficient absorption of road impact.
- Rear mounted balanced suspension
Prefabricated balanced suspension: leaf spring, balance shaft, frame, increased lateral stability, increased balance shaft diameter, increased load-bearing capacity by 12%, U-bolts made of high-strength materials, improved processing technology, to prevent fracture.
