  • Cab
A new type of cab designed and developed based on FOPS/ROPS adopts a full skeleton cab+skin structure, effectively protecting the personal safety of drivers and passengers; The cab is designed with anti rollover/anti falling object standards. High sound insulation and thermal insulation performance, good visibility, and good sealing.
  • Car trunk
The car body is equipped with a crisscrossing skeleton and high-strength wear-resistant plates, all fully welded, capable of withstanding the impact of huge ores. The rear is equipped with a trunk lifting safety protection device to prevent rolling and falling. The inner lining of the car body adopts a slanted flow design to avoid sticking caused by material accumulation.
  • Transmission case
The layout adopts the most reliable suspension installation method, and a dedicated maintenance unit port and pipeline inspection port are set up below the gearbox to ensure the reliability of the product and the convenience of maintenance and repair.
The rear axle drive axle adopts an integral cast steel shell, with an enlarged section of the axle shell. It is connected to the frame through a ball joint structure thrust rod to ensure sufficient rotational freedom of the rear axle shell relative to the frame. The drive axle is laterally limited by a structure of thrust rod limit and leaf spring limit, limiting the left and right swing of the axle.
  • Frame
XCMG's self-made welded box girder frame has high resistance to torsion and fatigue strength. It is welded using intelligent robots, with precise configuration of various parameters, small and beautiful welds, and constant quality.
  • Front oil and gas suspension
The front suspension is equipped with oil/air (nitrogen) suspension cylinders with variable damping characteristics, which have large unit energy storage, strong load-bearing capacity, and efficient absorption of road impact.
