The XGE105 is equipped with a mining specific permanent magnet synchronous electric drive system with high torque dual motors, matched with an optimized gear shifting strategy in the XCMG mining area and an efficient braking energy recovery system. It is equipped with a high seismic resistance and maintenance free lithium iron phosphate battery, and the front suspension is equipped with oil/gas (nitrogen) suspension cylinders with variable damping characteristics. The sales scope covers 29 provincial-level administrative regions, over 80 mining areas, with a maximum mileage of over 100000 kilometers per bike and a maximum running time of over 1200 days. After high-intensity field verification of different high and low temperatures, as well as different latitude and longitude regions, from -40 ℃ to 50 ℃, it has incomparable adaptability compared to traditional dump trucks.

  • Cab
Safe and reliable: The K20 wide body cab adopts a full frame and skin structure, meeting the F0PS&ROPS standards and adapting to all weather mining operations.
Quiet and comfortable: With good NVH performance, it is wrapped in PVC soft interior, suspended with semi floating screws, and can be equipped with airbag shock absorption seats.
Easy to operate: Optimized human sitting posture, instrument panel adopts a surround layout, easy to operate, and is the first human-machine layout in the mining card industry, meeting the requirements of commercial vehicle GB/T 15705 and ECE R35 regulations.
  • Transmission case
Optimize the gearbox speed ratio, synchronously modify the gear structure, and improve the service life. The layout adopts the most reliable suspension installation method, and a dedicated maintenance unit port and pipeline inspection port are set up below the gearbox to ensure the reliability of the product and the convenience of maintenance and repair.
  • Car trunk
The car body is equipped with a crisscrossing skeleton and high-strength wear-resistant plates, all fully welded, capable of withstanding the impact of huge ores. The rear is equipped with a trunk lifting safety protection device to prevent rolling and falling. The inner lining of the car body adopts a slanted flow design to avoid sticking caused by material accumulation.
  • Rear axle
The drive axle adopts an integral cast steel shell, with an enlarged section of the axle shell. It is connected to the frame through a ball joint structure thrust rod to ensure sufficient rotational freedom of the rear axle shell relative to the frame. The lateral limit of the drive axle is achieved through a structure of thrust rod limit and leaf spring limit, limiting the left and right swing of the axle.
